ZOOM Into the Workplace
This project is a collaboration with employment agencies, school boards and industry professionals in Waterloo Region to assist those students transitioning directly from high school into the workforce.

Capacity Waterloo Region
Capacity Waterloo Region is a project to deepen our region’s capacity for social innovation by delivering resources to non-profits and social enterprises that stimulate cross-sectoral collaboration, enhance leadership skills and improve sectoral impact.

BackHome: Youth Reintegration Circles
The BackHome program creates volunteer mentor circles of support for youth in custody to assist the youth in making a positive transition back into the community.

OK2BME OUT in Schools – Reducing Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Questioning (LGBTQ) Stigma in Schools
This program aims to reduce homophobia/biphobia/transphobia in schools by increasing the number of gay-straight alliances (GSAs) in schools and engaging staff and students in LGBTQ anti-stigma education.

Music Therapy Program
The Music Therapist is an integral member of the team who work with youth at Lutherwood. The Music Therapy program offers a different approach to supporting youth.
Male Allies Against Sexual Violence (MAASV) – Sexual Assault Support Centre
The purpose of the Males Allies Against Sexual Violence is to encourage male youth in developing a positive self-image, experience healthy relationships and avoid destructive behaviours by interaction with trained male peer-educators and role models in the community.

Lifeline
The Lifeline program increases the capacity of youth who are homeless or at-risk to improve their life circumstances, reintegrate them into education and/or employment opportunities, and to re-engage them into a community they feel disengaged from.
Come As You Are
Come As You Are is an all-inclusive philosophy implemented at the Woolwich Youth Centre to encourage all youth ages 11 to 18 to participate, play, learn and grow.

YWCA GirlSpace
This community-based after-school program addresses key social issues facing girls, including violence, body image and self-esteem.
